Value Factors and Australia’s Choice of China Policy
文章摘要
Value is a factor that takes effect at all times in the formulation of foreign policy. As a social group, the policy agents of Australia’s foreign policy share some values, which continuously and stably have an effect on policy agents, policymaking process and even policy environment, becoming important parameters in foreign policymaking. The final policy selection is the result of screening and compromise on a relatively stable value surface, under the effect of different priorities and under realistic examination.
