Global climate governance is the behavior of various international actors solving global climate change issues through a series of binding international institutions and treaties to achieve sustainable human development. The international community is increasing the amount of emphasis placed on global governance issues. Although Pacific island countries are both sensitive and fragile in responding to global climate change，they have done their best to participate in global climate governance and have achieved certain results.
