Cambodia-China: The True Friends
文章摘要
Since 1997, Cambodia’s foreign policy has dramatically turned to the People’s Republic of China (PRC) politically and economically. However, the author does not agree with these views; therefore, this paper devotes itself to argue that “Phnom Penh and Beijing are the true friends,” raising four main reasons to favour the argument, including political trust, geopolitics, trade exchange, and global uncertainty.
