International production capacity cooperation is a mutually beneficial cooperation among countries on the construction，trade，investment，expansion，upgrading，transfer and application of production capacity. Promoting China’s competitive production capacity to “go global” and promoting international production capacity cooperation will contribute to the optimization and transformation of China’s industrial structure，enhance international competitiveness of Chinese companies，expand development space，and realize complementary advantages，mutual benefits and common development with related countries. India，as a big power of South Asia that is adjacent to China，its economy has developed rapidly in recent years，and India is actively implementing the “Made in India” strategy，in order to attract foreign investment and promote economic development. These are all favorable conditions for both sides to strengthen the production capacity cooperation. China should seize the favorable opportunity and take measures actively to promote the production capacity cooperation with India，so as to achieve mutual benefit and common development.
