“Magnificent time needs magnificent pattern，magnificent pattern needs magnificent wisdom.”[1] It was for managing the grand stage of the Eurasia，and the magnificent pattern of the world，that President Xi Jinping proposed the Belt and Road Initiative. Jointly constructing the B&R Initiative is in line with the fundamental interests of the international community. It is an active exploration for the new model of international cooperation and global governance.
