This paper focuses on the building of the Community of Common Destiny，mainly focuses on Cambodia-China relations，especially on military cooperation between the two countries.There are three main points. First，the paper briefs a short history of the Cambodia-China relations. Then the paper will focus on the Cambodia-China military cooperation. The third important point is Cambodia and China towards a Community of Common Destiny.As we know that the world today is facing many issues such as terrorism，environmental pollution，economic depression，socio-economic issues，so it is very important that we scholars，academia，have to address these issues.Firstly，the paper will take some definition of neighbor identified by China，and then highlight the Cambodia’s foreign policy，and military cooperation between China and Cambodia，and what contributions have been done so far for building the Community of Common Destiny.
