As the rapid development of population aging，the overall popularization of big data and the frequent occurrence of COVID-19 and other epidemic，the procedural obstacle of litigation filed by senior citizens is becoming larger and larger. Therefore，the research and development of alternative litigation procedure for senior citizens is practically important. The application of data technology in litigation concerning older adults can make subject experience online，equal and convenient lawsuits. Also，it can make litigation procedures high-efficient，visualized，systematic as well as make time and space de-present，de-ritualized. From the perspective of systems theory of law，it is necessary to form the concept of humanity based on senior citizens，adhere to the standardized governance mode，and construct the litigation procedure based on systems theory，which provides theoretical support for reshaping the electronic lawsuit system involving the aged. Through systematic data to establish automatic litigation service platform，unified information open system，the litigation system serving the senior citizens and other ways to promote the “convenience” of litigation related to the elderly，shaping the rule of humanism in the era of data in judicial governance.
