俄乌冲突发生后，乌克兰及其周边国家的华侨华人在人身安全、个人财产、工作生活等方面受到很大影响，相关的华侨及侨团因此展开了自助互助活动。针对俄乌冲突对华侨华人的影响，应该持续关注在乌克兰留守及乌克兰周边国家停留的华侨的情况、认真做好回国华侨的疫情防控和安抚关爱工作、正面引导国内网络舆论环境、积极倡导海外浙籍华侨回乡投资建设、进一步加强海外侨团建设。
The Ukraine-Russia crisis is posing a great challenge for Overseas Chinese in Ukraine and its neighboring countries on many fronts. Their safety，personal property，work and ordinary life are under serious threat. In view of this，they have carried out self-help and mutual assistance activities. This paper puts forward five suggestions：to keep close watch on the situation of overseas Chinese in Ukraine and neighboring countries，to prevent and control COVID-19 of overseas Chinese returning to China while pacifying and caring for them，to positively guide the public opinion of domestic internet，to actively advocate overseas Chinese of Zhejiang origin to invest their hometown，and to further strengthen the team building of overseas Chinese associations.
