华裔来华留学生在线学习体验与学习行为调查研究(2018~2022)

本研究通过对12所中国高校921位留学生的问卷数据统计,分析了疫情下留学生的构成情况。研究发现,华裔留学生的在线学习体验略低于非华裔留学生,整体学习行为略优于非华裔留学生,华裔留学生的在线学习体验与正面学习行为呈正相关,与负面学习行为呈负相关,其正面学习行为和在线学习体验均有待进一步提升;通过回归分析发现,华裔留学生更适应具有竞争性的在线课堂学习环境,在线上学习中更为倚重教师的教法和直播教学,其家庭因素对其线上学习体验和学习行为没有显著影响;本研究提出以下建议,即增进华裔留学生的自我调控能力、提高留学生教师的线上教学能力、构建华裔留学生学习评价反馈机制,以及给予低收入家庭的华裔留学生更多关怀。

Abstract

This research analyzes the composition of international students in China during the Covid-19 epidemic through the questionnaires of 921 international students from 12 colleges and universities in China,and conducts a descriptive analysis of the online learning experience and learning behavior of ethnic Chinese students. The mean of learning experience of ethnic Chinese students is slightly lower than that of non-ethnic Chinese students,and the overall online learning behavior is slightly better than that of non-ethnic Chinese. Both the online learning experience and positive learning behavior of ethnic Chinese international students need to be further improved. Through regression analysis,it is found that ethnic Chinese students are more adaptable to the competitive online classroom learning environment. They are significantly relying on teachers’ teaching methods and live-streaming teaching,and family factors have no significant impact on their online learning experience and behavior. Finally,the following suggestions are put forward,that is,to improve the self-monitoring ability of ethnic Chinese students,to improve the teaching competency of teachers for international students,to build a learning evaluation feedback mechanism for ethnic Chinese international students,and to be more supportive to ethnic Chinese students from low-income families.
