福建作为21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区，围绕“丝路海运”“丝路飞翔”“数字丝路”“丝路投资”“丝路贸易”“人文海丝”“生态海丝”“海丝茶道”等8个重点工程，从基础设施“硬联通”到规则标准“软联通”，再到交流合作“心联通”，深度融入共建“一带一路”，已取得积极成效。福建应充分发挥台港澳侨资源优势，全面对接《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP），深化“海丝”核心区品牌化建设，高质量建设“海丝”核心区。
Fujian Province，as the core area of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road，has been deeply engaged in the Belt and Road Initiative，through eight key projects that range from the “hard connectivity” of infrastructure to the “soft connectivity” of rules and standards，and further to the “heart-to-heart connectivity” in exchanges and cooperation. Positive results have been reaped through these key projects，including the “Silk Road Navigation”，“Silk Road Aviation”，“Digital Silk Road”，“Silk Road Investment”，“Silk Road Trade”，“Humanistic Maritime Silk Road”，“Ecological Maritime Silk Road”，and “Maritime Silk Road Tea Route”. In full alignment with the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership （RCEP） Agreement，Fujian should take full advantages of Taiwan，Hong Kong，Macao and overseas Chinese resources to deepen brand development and build the Maritime Silk Road core area with high quality.
