2020~2021年中外合作办学发展报告

2020~2021年,受全球新冠肺炎疫情影响,国际教育合作面临前所未有的挑战。作为融合本土与外方优质教育资源的人才培养模式,我国中外合作办学机构与项目在这一特殊时期保持了运行的平稳有序,新获批项目持续增多,对人才培养模式进行了多维升级,并成为疫情影响下缓解出国学习困难的重要渠道。中外合作办学的管理于2021年度完成了监管体系与评估指标的全面优化。目前,随着中外教育资源投入的增加,中外合作办学发展呈现四大趋势:高层次人才(博士)培养项目拓展迅速,数字信息技术引领的前沿学科全面展开,海南国际教育岛建设逐步推进,国内外一流大学与学术机构合作持续深化,中外合作办学学术研究初具规模。

Abstract

From 2020-2021,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools confront of new challenges due to the global impact of COVID-19 crises. However,as a way of integrating domestic and foreign high-quality education resources,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools’ programs operate smoothly,and the newly approved programs continue to increase. In this special period,the management of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has completed the construction of supervision system and the overall optimization of evaluation indicators. With the increase of investment in educational resources between China and foreign countries,the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education shows four trends:High-level personnel training programs are expanding rapidly,cutting-edge disciplines led by digital information technology are being fully developed,the construction of Hainan International Education Island is progressing gradually,the cooperation between first-class universities and academic institutions at home and abroad continues to deepen,and academic research on Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has begun to take shape.
