This paper reviews the main achievements and experiences of the Algeria Bilin Nuclear Research Center project，Pakistan nuclear power project，overseas nuclear power market layout，overseas operation and maintenance，international cooperation，and international operation capacity building. Analyze the development prospects of nuclear power in the context of global carbon neutrality and the normalization of the epidemic. Analyze the specific strategy of nuclear power “going global” that promotes the coupling of market development，engineering construction，operation and maintenance services，international trade and other businesses，and the spiral rising. Suggestions such as the introduction of national-level nuclear power export strategic plans，the formulation of special financing policies，and the improvement of nuclear power export-related laws and regulations.
