海洋空间规划是实现人海和谐的重要工具，通过空间思维的运用，合理布局和利用海洋资源，从而促进海洋保护性开发，实现经济、社会和生态的可持续发展目标。本文基于生态文明视角，分析了中国现行海洋空间规划的现状并对其存在的问题进行剖析，深入探索生态文明建设理论对中国海洋空间规划的适用性，分别从海洋空间规划的编制、区划分类体系的调整、区划保障体系的完善等方面阐述了中国海洋空间规划的优化路径，从而不断完善中国海洋空间规划体系，维护中国海洋生态安全，促进中国海洋生态文明建设和“海洋强国梦”的实现。
Marine spatial planning is an important tool to achieve harmony between the people and the sea. Through the use of spatial thinking，we can rationally distribute and utilize marine resources，thereby promote marine protective development，achieve sustainable economic，social and ecological development goals. Based on the perspective of marine ecological security，this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s current marine spatial planning and analyzes its existing problems，and deeply explores the applicability of marine ecological security theory to China’s marine spatial planning，from the preparation and division of marine spatial planning. The adjustment of the classification system and the improvement of the zoning guarantee system expounded the optimization path of China’s marine spatial planning，so as to continuously improve China’s marine spatial planning system，safeguard China’s marine ecological security，promote the construction of China’s marine ecological civilization and the “marine power dream” Implementation.
