In the process of Hainan’s internationalization，with the political，economic and social development，which is the establishment of Hainan free trade port，Hainan people’s leisure life style and the development of culture and entertainment service industry have changed. Hainan’s leisure and culture and entertainment service industry adopts the development model with tourism as the core，and forms a certain scale，the operation of the culture and entertainment service industry is moving towards modernization，and many cultural enterprises are attracted by the preferential policies of the free trade port；the development of Hainan culture and entertainment service industry affects the consciousness of the urban people，and promotes the transformation of Hainan city’s internationalization. In order to promote the higher quality development of Hainan’s culture and entertainment service industry，this paper introduces the culture and entertainment service industry in developed countries，analyzes the existing problems and gaps in Hainan’s culture and entertainment service industry，and puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the quality of Hainan’s culture and entertainment industry and the spiritual and cultural atmosphere of Hainan people.
