Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC，China has attached great importance to the development of service trade. The State Council has held special executive meetings to discuss a series of issues such as the development of emerging service industry，service industry and digital culture trade. In order to accelerate the establishment of a policy system and mechanism conducive to the development of service trade and establish a sound development model. Our country gave some corresponding guidance on the development of service trade. Based on the study on the development and characteristics of Hainan’s service trade，and the reference to the development experience and practice of powerful countries in service trade，this paper believes that useful and effective inspiration can be extracted，so as to upgrade the structure of international trade and international service trade，realize the development of service trade and trade in goods supplement each other and advance together，accelerate the steady transformation of our trade structure to achieve sustainable development of the foreign economy.
