In 1988，Hainan established special economic zones. Since then，Hainan’s economic development level has gradually improved and its social development has made progress. As the frontier window of China’s reform and openning-up，the development of service trade in Hainan has been gradually promoted，the industrial structure has been continuously improved and optimized，and the construction of service trade has been continuously accelerated. Taking the comparison with Singapore Free Trade Port as the starting point，this paper proposes to continue to promote the high-quality development of Hainan Free Trade Port，improve the pertinence of tax incentives for foreign-funded enterprises to attract domestic and foreign-funded enterprises to settle in，improve the level of information technology to improve safety and efficiency，and explore the opening mechanism of service industry in depth.
