Hainan，as one of the most special provinces in the country，has great potential for strategic value，and should serve as an important gateway for China’s opening up to the world in the future，so its tertiary industry must have decisive international competitiveness. The 14th Five-Year Plan of Hainan in 2020 and the construction plan of Hainan Free Trade Pilot Zone have paid great attention to Hainan’s service trade，and proved that the cultivation of service trade will be of great significance. In this paper，from many aspects，the overall presentation of Hainan’s service trade development factors，think that Hainan’s geographical location，natural environment，social development，economic development，domestic and foreign exchanges and other aspects will have more or less impact on the development of service trade，in general，all factors will have a positive impact on trade in services，conducive to further construction.
