随着全球产业结构调整,服务贸易在全球贸易结构中的地位持续攀升,已经成为推动全球经济增长的新引擎。文化、旅游服务贸易是服务贸易的重要组成部分,从第二届进博会可以发现,当前国际文化、旅游服务贸易呈现一系列新的趋势:文化、旅游服务贸易的重要地位越来越突出;我国文化、旅游服务贸易步入新阶段;入境旅游发展力度将进一步加大;一批国际化文化、旅游企业的崛起将成为必然;大数据、互联网技术将会发挥更大作用;服务业与制造业融合发展特征更加凸显;自贸试验区及自由贸易港的开放联动效应需要集成发挥。为更充分地发挥进博会促进国际文化、旅游服务贸易发展的功能与价值,需要在线上和线下融合发展、“6天+365天”互动协同模式运行上做出更加积极、更大力度的探索和努力。
As industrial restructuring progresses worldwide,service trade enjoys an increasingly higher position in the global trade structure and has become a new engine driving global economic growth. Cultural and tourism service trade is a major part of service trade. The 2nd CIIE shows some new trends of global cultural and tourism service trade:Cultural and tourism service trade has an increasingly important position;China’s cultural and tourism service trade ushers into a new stage;inbound tourism will be further developed;a number of international cultural and tourism enterprises will rise inevitably;big data and Internet technologies will play a bigger role;the service sector will be further integrated with the manufacturing sector in development;the coupling effect of pilot free trade zones and free trade ports needs to be released in an integrated manner. To give better play to the function and value of CIIE in promoting the development of international cultural and tourism service trade,more active and bigger efforts shall be made to explore the coordinated development of online and offline businesses and the operation of the “6 days+365 days” interactive alignment mode.
