新冠肺炎疫情严重冲击了全球线下展览业，而进博会的如期召开对于发展现代服务业和提振全球经济具有重要的意义。本报告梳理了第四届进博会中现代服务业的发展情况，从理论上阐述了进博会链动现代服务业发展的机理，从供应链的视角和产业的维度分析了其链动效应。基于供给侧、需求侧和供应链视角下对现代服务业的分析，本报告认为进博会通过供应链、产业链和价值链三种方式对现代服务业产生了极强的链动效应。下一步，进博会应优化云会展生态，升级数字化平台，推动进博会服务贸易高质量发展，充分发挥其“链主”作用，通过延链、补链、强链，强化进博会稳定产业链、供应链的功能。
The COVID-19 epidemic has seriously impacted the global offline exhibition industry，and the holding of the China International Import Expo（CIIE）on schedule is of great significance to the development of modern service industry and the global economy. This report combs the development of the modern service industry of the fourth CIIE，theoretically expounds the mechanism of the chain driven development of the modern service industry of the CIIE，and analyzes its chain effect from the perspective of the supply chain and the industrial dimension. Based on the analysis of modern service industry from the perspective of supply side，demand side and supply chain，this report believes that CIIE has produced great chain effect on modern service industry in three ways：supply chain，industrial chain and value chain. Next，the CIIE should optimize the cloud exhibition ecology，upgrade the digital platform，promote the high-quality development of the CIIE’s service trade，give full play to its role as a “chain owner”，and enhance the CIIE’s function of stabilizing the industrial chain and supply chain by extending，supplementing and strengthening the chain.
