This paper focuses on the education of high-quality foreign Chinese language learners，which serves the construction of “Important Window” in Zhejiang，and puts forward the construction ideas of China Panorama·Zhejiang Window：identify the intersection，build a teachingresource database，embed related topics and cases，teach online and offline，and jointly build the first and second classrooms. On this basis，taking the embedded topic “Zhejiang Poetry Road Culture” as an example，this paper specifically introduces the selection of teaching content，the construction of teaching resources，the use of intelligent teaching platforms and the design of online and offline hybrid teaching.
