长江读书节是湖北省图书馆联合全省各级公共图书馆打造的阅读推广品牌,它以“长江经济带”和“文化湖北”为品牌定位,通过“讲、阅、展、演+数”的“4+1”服务模式和“领读者行动”“百场讲书读荆楚”“相约乡读家庭阅读推广”等联合社会力量共创的品牌活动,荣获了文旅部、团中央和中国图书馆学会十余个奖项。本报告从分析自身优势和用户需求两个方面定位了长江读书节的核心价值和建设目标;从长江读书节服务模式与活动策划、组织机构与队伍建设、宣传推广三个方面陈述了其建设内容;从服务均等化、规范化两个角度评估了其品牌价值。

Abstract

Yangtze River Reading Festival is a reading promotion service brand jointly created by all levels of public libraries in Hubei province. It takes “Yangtze River Economic Belt” and “Culture in Hubei Province” as the brand positioning,through the “4 + 1” mode of “speak,read,exhibition,play + digitization” and “action led the readers”“One hundred fields tell about Jingchu”“Meet the countryside to read family reading promotion” brand activities that created with joint social forces,won more than ten awards from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Library Society of China. This report defines the core value and construction goal of the Yangtze River Reading Festival from two aspects of analyzing its own advantages and user needs. From the service mode and activity planning,organization and team construction,publicity and promotion of the Yangtze River Reading Festival,the construction content is stated. It evaluates its brand value from two angles of service equalization and standardization.
