2017年湖北文化站工作取得长足进步，基层文化阵地得到进一步巩固，文化队伍得到补充，开展了丰富多彩的文化活动，满足基层群众对文化生活的需求，积极发挥文化职能，服务地方政府的中心工作。但在社会快速发展的新时代，依然存在地方政府文化自觉性不强、经费投入机制不健全、基础设施薄弱以及公共服务效能不高等制约湖北文化站发展的因素，使基层文化建设成为文化发展中的最大“短板”。本报告通过分析湖北文化站2017年的建设成效、存在的问题以及发展趋势，提出了湖北文化站工作的提认识、强建设、抓改革、升效能、顺机制五大举措建议。
Cultural stations in Hubei Province made great progress in 2017：the grass-roots cultural positions were further consolidated，the cultural teams were supplemented and improved，a variety of cultural activities were carried out to meet the spirit and culture needs of grass-roots mass，cultural stations played an active role in culture and serving local governments. However，with the rapid development of society，there are still some factors restricting the development of cultural stations which make grass-roots cultural construction the biggest shortcoming in cultural development，such as weak cultural consciousness of local governments，imperfect funding mechanism，weak infrastructure and low efficiency of public services. Based on the analysis of construction effect，problems and development trend of cultural stations in Hubei Province in 2017，this paper puts forward five measures and suggestions for the work of cultural stations in Hubei Province：raising awareness，strengthening construction，grasping reform，improving efficiency and smoothing mechanism.
