2017年湖北省文化产业转型步伐加快，以国家文化发展战略为契机，湖北省文化产业融合发展协同创新取得新成绩，文化产业走出去、引进来力度加大，文化消费试点工作稳妥有序地开展，文化产业专项扶持力度加大，文化品牌战略初步取得成效，文化扶贫效果显著。但在文化产业发展过程中也存在传统文化资源产业化转换率低、现代文化产业发展不平衡、新兴文化产业发展动力不强、文化消费需求不旺等问题。因此要从文化供给侧改革、文化消费需求刺激、文化人才培养等方面采取有效措施，进一步促进湖北省文化产业发展。
In 2017，the pace of transformation of Hubei's cultural industry accelerated，new achievement was made in collaborative innovation and the integration and development of Hubei's cultural industry by taking the national cultural development strategy as an opportunity，the efforts of using “going out and bringing in” policy for cultural industry were intensified，the pilot work of cultural consumption was developed steadily and orderly，the special support of cultural industry was strengthened，the strategy of cultural brand achieved initial results，and the effect of cultural poverty alleviation is remarkable. However，there are also some problems in the development of cultural industry，such as low conversion rate of industrialization of traditional cultural resources，unbalanced development of modern cultural industry，weak motive force for the development of new cultures and weak demand for cultural consumption. Therefore，effective measures should be taken from the aspects of cultural supply side reform，stimulation of cultural consumption demand and cultivation of cultural talents to further promote the development of cultural industry in Hubei Province.
