中国（郑州）跨境电子商务综合试验区获批以来，注重发挥自身优势，以跨境电商项目推进为发展引擎，在制度、监管、机制、服务等方面加大创新力度，在推动跨境电商健康快速发展方面进行了卓有成效的探索，为全国跨境电商试验区的建设积累了经验，但仍面临跨境电商产业基础薄弱、产业链条不健全等问题的制约。为此，应在全面深化部署的基础上，着力构建“三个平台、七个体系”，着力构建“一核两区多园”，着力促进体制机制服务全面创新，为全国跨境电子商务综合试验区建设积累经验。
Since the the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zone approved，this area pay attention to play their own advantages，to push for the development of cross-border electricity project engine，in such aspects as system，regulation and mechanism，service increase the intensity of innovation，in promoting cross-border electricity business healthy and rapid development of the productive exploration，cross-border electricity for the national experimental zone for the construction of the accumulated experience，still faces the problems that cross-border electricity industry foundation is weak，the industrial chain is not sound. Therefore，we should on the basis of comprehensively deepen deployment，strive to build “three platforms，seven systems”，strive to build “a nuclear and multiple parks”，focus on comprehensive service innovation system mechanisms and cross-border e-commerce for the national comprehensive pilot area construction experience.
