服务业作为最高级的产业形态，正向集群化、高端化、生态化的方向发展。大力发展现代服务业，是顺应产业演进规律、培育新的增长点和长远竞争力的必然选择。当前，河南服务业发展整体落后，存在着服务业比重低、内部结构不合理、行业优势较弱、核心竞争力不强、发展载体不完善等问题。未来一个时期，河南要围绕建设丝绸之路经济带现代物流核心区、国际知名的文化旅游消费核心区、科技与信息相结合的现代金融中心的战略定位，重点加快现代物流、金融保险、信息服务和文化旅游等现代服务业发展，完善服务业发展载体，深化重点领域和关键环节改革。

Comply with the industry evolution rule is to develop modern service industry，and cultivate new growth points and an inevitable choice for long-term competitiveness. At present，for the development of Henan services as a whole，there is a low proportion of service industry，unreasonable internal structure，weak industry advantages. Henan’s core competitiveness is not strong，the development of carrier is imperfect. In a period of the future，Henan has to try its best to renew the construction of modern logistics of the silk road economic belt core，internationally renowned cultural tourism consumption core，science and technology combined with information of the strategic orientation of modern financial center，and the key to speed up the modern logistics，finance，insurance，information services and cultural tourism，and other modern service industry development and at the same time by improving the service industry development of the carrier，we will deepen reform of the key areas and crucial links.
