中原经济区作为国家层面的重点开发区域，不仅仅是一个经济区，还是促进“三化”协调发展的先行先试区。促进农村人口合理有序转移是推动“三化”协调发展中的重要一环，具有非常重要的意义。本文拟以中原经济区先行先试为背景，分析中原经济区农村人口转移的现状及其存在的问题，并提出其有序转移的措施，以期为国内同类地区的农村人口有序转移提供参考借鉴。
