Based on the connotation of industrial transformation and upgrading,in combination with the current situation of the development of Henan province,this paper gives out a comprehensive summary of the main characteristics and the problems of Henan's industrial transformation and upgrading from January to September in 2013.Then on the basis of the analysis of the situation at home and abroad,this paper forecasts the process of the industrial transformation and upgrading in Henan province in 2014,and the key tasks on Henan's industrial transformation and upgrading in 2014 are put forward.
