2013年，河南省农业经济发展态势良好，主要农产品全面增产，农产品价格相对平稳，农村居民收入持续增长，新型农业经营主体发展较快，农业基础设施投入增加，但农产品产量增速有所下降，农资价格小幅上涨，规模经营比例依然较低，农业生产抗风险能力依然较弱。河南省农业经济发展面临的主要问题是：保障粮食安全与农民增收的矛盾，农业发展与环境保护的矛盾，农户分散经营与农业社会化生产之间的矛盾，农业基础薄弱与资金投入不足的矛盾。展望2014年，在经济结构调整将引发农业增长方式转变、城镇化的加速将推动城乡二元体制改革、土地流转制度改革将改变土地增值收益分配不公的格局背景下，河南省农业经济会有较大的发展空间。
In 2013,a good development momentum is maintained at agricultural economy in Henan province.Its main features are the production of major farm crops increased and the price was relatively smooth,the income of rural residents has increased steadily,new agricultural entities grew fast as well as agricultural infrastructure investment was increased.But there are some problems with agricultural economy：Growth rate of agricultural output has declined and prices of agricultural production means rose slightly,proportion of scale economy is still low and the ability to anti-risk is still weak.The development of agricultural economy in Henan province is also faced with prominent contradictions.How to increase the farmers' income and ensure food security at the same time? How to improve the environment and develop agricultural economy at the same time? How to solve the contradiction between socialization of agricultural production and farmers decentralized management? How to solve contradiction between the weak agricultural foundation and inadequate fund? Under the background of economic restructuring,acceleration of urbanization and reform of land circulation system,the agricultural economy in Henan province will have larger development space in 2014.
