2022年1～8月，全省居民消费价格指数（CPI）同比上涨1。4%，整体呈稳步回升、温和上涨态势。影响价格的因素依旧复杂，预计2022年CPI涨幅相比2021年将有所扩大，2023年全省CPI将处于合理区间。报告的最后提出了2023年河南要扎实保民生兜底线、抓好农副产品的生产和市场供应、加大对市场和价格的监管力度等政策措施。
From January to August 2022，the provincial consumer price index （CPI） rose by 1.4% year-on-year，showing a steady and moderate rise. At the same time，the factors affecting the price are still complex. It is expected that the CPI increase in 2022 will be expanded compared with 2021，and the provincial CPI in 2023 will be in a reasonable range.
