2017年河南居民消费价格同比上涨1.4%，涨幅同比回落0.5个百分点，总体呈现温和上涨态势。其中，城市居民消费价格同比上涨1.5%，农村居民消费价格同比上涨1.2%，涨幅分别同比回落0.4个、0.8个百分点。分类别看，较上年同期，“七大类”商品及服务价格变化特征总体呈现“六涨一降”。分月份看，1月、12月居民消费价格涨幅同比最大，均达到2.3%；3月涨幅同比最小，仅为0.3%；各月份中，1月、8月、12月涨幅同比有所扩大，10月、11月涨幅同比持平，其余月份均涨幅同比收窄，其中3月涨幅回落最显著，达到2.1个百分点。预计2018年河南省居民消费价格将保持温和上涨态势。
The consumer price index in Henan province rose 1.4% whose has gone down 0.5 percentage points as compared with last year，and showed a moderate rising trend in 2017. At the same time，the urban consumer price index rose 1.5% whose has gone down 0.4 percentage points as compared with last year. The rural consumer price index rose 1.2% whose has gone down 0.8 percentage points as compared with last year. The prices of the “seven categories” goods and services showed “six up one down”. In each of the months，the largest increase in the consumer price index in January and December，up to 2.3%；the minimum increase in the consumer price index in March，only 0.3%. In each of the months，the consumer price index in January，August and December rose widened，while those in October and November kept the same growth rate，while those in other months gains narrowed. Last year，the most significant decline in the consumer price index was in March，reaching 2.1 percentage points. The paper expects the consumer price in Henan province will continue to show a moderate rising trend in 2018.
