在国际国内的新形势下，河南省经济发展亟待升级，而一直被喻为经济“血液”的金融体系对于经济升级的支持还有待进一步提高。本文以河南省2001~2012年的数据为样本，运用结构性向量自回归模型(SVAR)基础上的脉冲响应函数，分析金融支持对河南省“经济升级”影响的现状。金融对河南省“经济升级”的支持力度欠缺，“经济升级”需要的金融支持，获取金融支持将为经济升级提供有力动力。最后，本文在分析的结果上提出政策建议。
Ander the new international and domestic background,the economy of Henan province needed to upgrade urgently,however,the financial system,which called the economy blood,has yet to support the economy development efficiently.This paper based on the data in Henan province from 2001~2012,by using the method of the impulse response function,which based on the model of structural vector autoregression(SVAR),analysis the effect from the financial support to the "Economic Upgrade"of Henan province."Economic Upgrade" of Henan province lack of support from finance,and needed urgently,and access to financial support to provide a strong impetus for economic upgrading.
