The central region of China has a decisive strategic position in the national regional development，and Henan province has a leading role in the rise of the central region in particular. In order to speed up the promotion of Henan in the central region of high-quality development to take the lead more outstanding，the working conference of Henan Provincial Party Committee has clearly put forward the goal of “ensuring high-quality construction of modern Henan and high-level realization of modern Henan”. And focus on solving the shortcomings and bottlenecks in the high-quality and high-level construction of modern Henan，Henen has proposed to fully implement the “ten major strategies” such as innovation driven strategy，revitalizing the province through science and education strategy，strengthening the province through talents strategy，advantage reengineering strategy，digital transformation strategy，lane changing leading strategy，cultural tourism and cultural creative integration strategy，new urbanization strategy with people as the core，rural revitalization strategy，green and low-carbon transformation strategy，institutional opening strategy and comprehensive deepening reform strategy. This paper puts forward that the implementation of “ten major strategies” is the reconstruction and sublimation of the strategic path of promoting common prosperity in high-quality development in Henan Province. At the same time，focusing on the strategic orientation and development direction of the “ten major strategies” in the creating of the New Development Dynamic，this paper tentatively puts forward new measures，new paths and new mechanisms for higher-quality and more sustainable development of the “ten major strategies”.
