中国经济正迎来一个新的发展阶段，打造经济升级版是最主要的任务，河南省也必须依靠这个大背景来发展自身经济，打造河南省经济升级版。近年来河南省产业集聚区发展较为迅速，产业集聚区是现代产业体系的主要发展形态，也是现代产业走向成熟的重要标志，对于像河南这样的工农业大省来说，进一步发展自身优势产业，摆脱产业发展的低层次化，是打造河南产业升级版的核心，而产业集聚区正是实现这一目的的最重要载体。本文在论述产业集聚区对于打造河南经济升级版重要意义的基础上，研究了河南省产业集聚区发展现状与不足，以及通过产业集聚区的发展打造河南省经济升级版的具体途径。
China's economy is entering in a new stage of development,and creating economic upgrade is the main task,so Henan province also must rely on the big background to develop its economy,build economy upgrades of Henan province.Recent years Henan's Industrial Cluster Districts are in relatively rapid development,and Industrial Cluster Districts are the main form of development of modern industry system,also are the important symbol of modern industry matures.As industrial and agricultural big province,Henan's core of building industry upgrade is the further development of their own advantage industry,so Henan must get rid of the low hierarchical industry development,and Industrial Cluster Districts are the most important carrier to achieve this purpose.This paper discusses the Industrial Cluster Districts for the building of Henan economic significance,studies development present situations and deficiencies of Industrial Cluster Districts in Henan province,and the concrete means to develop Industrial Cluster Districts for building economic upgrade versions in Henan province.
