本研究以河南固定资产投资效率为视角，在对河南固定资产投资的主要特点进行分析的基础上，利用固定资产投资率、固定资产投资效果系数、增量资本产出率、房地产开发投资占比等指标，对河南省固定资产投资效率进行分析，进而从推动固定资产投资数量型向质量型转变、优化固定资产投资结构、加大创新驱动领域投资力度、释放有效投资需求潜力等角度，提出提高河南固定资产投资效率的对策建议，为相关部门制定决策提供科学有效的借鉴和参考。
In this study，we take the investment in fixed assets of Henan province as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of investment in fixed assets for Henan economy. Then，we use some index such as fixed assets investment effectiveness coefficient，incremental capital output ratio to analyze the Investment efficiency in Henan Province. At last，some suggestions such as optimizing the investment structure of fixed assets，increasing investment in innovation-driven areas are put forward to improve the efficiency of investment in fixed assets in Henan province.
