It should be strengthened and advanced that the main progress and achievement of the three major national strategy implementation of Henan in recent years. According to the new stage and the new situation，and based on the functional localization of Three Major National Strategy during the Thirteenth Five-year Plan period，four relations and four measures should be good implemented to serve the overall situation of national development better.
