2018年，河南省服务业保持快速发展的良好态势，对经济增长的支撑作用不断增强，产业转型升级步伐逐步提速，载体平台和重大项目加快建设，服务业供给侧结构性改革深入推进，实现了十九大良好开局。2019年，建议继续坚持高端化、融合化、智能化、绿色化方向，强化生产性服务业和生活性服务业“双轮驱动”，促进服务业与制造业、农业融合发展，加快重点产业转型、新兴服务业集群培育、服务新业态推广和服务供给质量提升，不断提升服务业发展的质量和效益。本文在系统回顾2018年河南省服务业发展状况的基础上，结合中央和省委经济工作会议精神，预测2019年服务业发展形势，提出了加快现代服务业强省建设的对策建议。
In 2018，the service industry in Henan Province maintained a good trend of rapid development，the role of the service industry in supporting economic growth continued to strengthen，the pace of industrial upgrading accelerated，the construction of carrier platforms and major projects continued to advance，and supply-side reforms deepened. As the opening year of the 19th CPC National Congress，it has made a good start. In 2019，with the deepening of supply-side structural reform，we will focus on the transformation of key industries，focus on the development of new service formats，and strengthen the construction of platform carriers，so as to provide strong support for the high-quality development of the service industry. On the basis of systematically reviewing the development of service industry in Henan Province in 2018，this paper forecasts the development situation of service industry in 2019，and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the construction of a strong province in modern service industry in combination with the spirit of the economic work conference of the central and provincial party committees.
