2021年1～8月，河南省居民消费价格指数（CPI）同比上涨0。8%，较上年同期回落3。0个百分点。从CPI自身构成来看，本轮CPI大幅回落，主要原因是食品类特别是猪肉价格大幅下跌，初步预判2022年河南CPI将呈现温和上涨态势。最后，本文提出了稳定生猪生产、加强民生商品保供稳价工作、持续优化营商环境、扩大内需促消费等建议，以促进居民消费价格平稳运行。
From January to August 2021，the CPI of Henan Province increased by 0.8% year-on-year，3.0 percentage points lower than that of the same period of the previous year. The sharp decline of CPI in this round has obvious structural characteristics. The sharp decline in the price of food，especially pork，is the main reason. It is preliminarily predicted that Henan CPI will show a moderate upward trend in 2022. Finally，this paper puts forward some suggestions to stabilize pig production，strengthen the supply and price of people’s livelihood commodities，continuously optimize the business environment，expand domestic demand and promote consumption，so as to promote the stable operation of consumer prices.
