受新冠肺炎疫情影响，2020年第一季度河南省固定资产投资增速下滑明显，从第二季度开始，河南省基础设施、工业、房地产领域的投资及社会事业投资等出现强劲反弹，1～8月河南省固定资产投资增速呈现持续增长态势。从固定资产投资分类情况看，三次产业投资、三大领域投资、工业内部投资、基础设施投资等均呈现出显著波动，且在6月以后恢复正增长。2021年，河南固定资产投资领域要突出做好以下几方面的工作：抢抓投资机遇，积极服务重大国家战略；聚焦重点领域，着力提升投资效率；拓宽融资渠道，推动重大项目落地实施；优化投资环境，营造良好投资氛围。
From January to September 2020，affected by the epidemic situation，the growth rate of fixed asset investment in Henan Province decreased significantly in the first quarter. From the second quarter，the investment in infrastructure，industry，real estate and social undertakings rebounded strongly. From January to August 2020，the growth rate of fixed asset investment in Henan Province showed a “V” trend. From the classification of fixed assets investment，investment in three industries，investment in three fields，internal investment in industry and investment in infrastructure showed significant fluctuations，and recovered to positive growth after June. In 2021，Henan’s fixed assets investment should focus on the following aspects：seizing investment opportunities and actively serving major national strategies；focusing on key areas to improve investment efficiency；broadening financing channels to promote the implementation of major projects；optimizing investment environment and creating a good investment atmosphere.
