本研究以高质量发展背景下河南固定资产投资为视角，分析固定资产投资对河南高质量发展的重要意义，在此基础上对河南固定资产投资的主要特点和主要问题进行客观分析，认为融资渠道、投资结构等因素制约河南固定资产投资，进而提出河南固定资产投资的重点领域，并从转变投资理念、拓宽融资渠道、扩大投资需求、抓好重大项目等角度提出促进河南固定资产投资的对策建议，为相关部门制定决策提供科学有效的借鉴和参考。
In this study，we take the investment in fixed assets of Henan province under the background of high quality development as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of investment in fixed assets for upgrading Henan economy，based on this analysis，we analyze the current situation and the restricting factors in the process of investment in fixed assets of Henan province. The factors including financing channels，investment structure restrict investment in fixed assets in Henan province. Then，the basic ideas and path selection of investment in fixed assets in Henan province are proposed，and some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of investment in fixed assets in Henan province.
