2015年河南省房地产呈现持续调整、运行好于全国、市场继续分化三大特征。中国房地产未来的走势取决于政府救市政策的有效性、新型城镇化的可持续性、金融市场资金供给结构的多元化以及有效化解房地产库存的速度。在供给结构性过剩成为“新常态”的背景下,河南省房地产要平稳发展必须以创新为驱动,实现金融创新、业态创新、机制创新与模式创新。
Three essential Characteristics marked the operation situation of Henan’s real estate in 2015 which are continuous adjustment,better performance than the national average,and clearly continuous differentiation. The future trend of real estate market in China will be decided by the following factors:the effectiveness of government’s efforts on bail-outs,the sustainability of new urbanization,and diversification of financial market funds supply structure and the speed of the resolving of real estate inventory. In the context of ‘new normal’,the supply of structural surplus becomes so common. Henan real estate development must be driven by innovation which includes financial innovation,business innovation,mechanism innovation and mode innovation.
