2022年1～8月，河南投资政策举措密集出台，重大投资项目相继落地，投资拉动经济增长成效显著，固定资产投资整体呈现高速增长态势，预计第四季度全省固定资产投资仍将保持高速增长。2023年，河南推动投资增长要从以下方面发力：落实“投资拉动”战略，释放全省投资潜力；践行“项目为王”理念，加速布局重大项目；完善投资保障体系，全面提升投资效率；围绕重点投资领域，着力化风险补短板。
From January to August 2022，the investment policies and measures of Henan Province were introduced intensively，major investment projects were launched one after another，and the investment led to significant economic growth. The overall fixed asset investment showed a high-speed growth trend. It is expected that the fixed asset investment of the province will still maintain a high-speed growth in the fourth quarter. In 2023，Henan will promote investment growth from the following aspects：implement the investment promotion strategy and release the investment potential of the province；Implement the concept of “project is king” and accelerate the layout of major projects；Improve the investment guarantee system and comprehensively improve the investment efficiency；Focusing on key investment areas，making up for risks and weaknesses.
