本报告以河南固定资产投资对经济增长的影响为视角，在对河南固定资产投资的主要特点进行分析的基础上，从投资的滞后效应、投资与经济增长的协调性、投资效率、民间投资、固定资本形成额等层面，分析了固定资产投资对经济增长的影响程度，进而从优化投资结构、增强投资信心、改善投资环境、提升投资效率等角度，提出推动河南固定资产投资健康发展的对策建议，为相关部门制定决策提供科学有效的借鉴和参考。
In this study，we take the influence of fixed assets investment on economic growth as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of investment in fixed assets for Henan economy. Then，we use some index such as hysteretic effect of investment，coordination between investment and economic growth，investment efficiency，private investment，fixed capital formation，to analyze the impact of fixed asset investment on economic growth in Henan Province. At last，some suggestions such as optimizing investment structure，enhancing investment confidence，improving investment environment and improving investment efficiency are put forward to promote the sustainable development of fixed asset investment in Henan province.
