2017年，河南服务业持续保持快速发展态势，规模持续壮大、结构持续优化、质量持续提高、效益持续增强，对全省产业结构调整、经济转型闯关、保持平稳增长、社会民生改善等方面发挥着重要支撑作用。2018年是全面贯彻落实十九大精神的开局之年，随着供给侧结构性改革向纵深推进，“三区一群”引领带动作用日益凸显，市场需求不断升级，为河南省服务业保持较高速增长创造了良好条件，为加快服务业质量变革、效率变革、动力变革，实现高质量发展奠定了坚实基础。本文在全面回顾2017年河南省服务业发展状况的基础上，研判2018年服务业发展形势，预测2018年服务业发展关键数据，并结合中央和省委经济工作会议精神，提出了加快现代服务业强省建设的对策建议。
In 2017，Henan services industry continued rapid development，scale continued to expand. Structure optimization，continually improved quality and efficiency continued to increase. With the province’s industrial structure adjusted，at the economic transition stage，and maintaining the steady growth，society and people’s livelihood improvement plays an important supporting role. In 2018，to deepen the comprehensive implementation of the “19th” spirit and the supply side structural reform，with “three areas，a group” leading development and growing market demand，the service industry has maintained high-speed growth. Based on the comprehensive review on the basis of the service industry development in Henan province in 2017，this paper forecasts services development key data and service industry development situation in 2018. Combined with the central economic work conference spirit，it puts forward the countermeasures to speed up the construction of a powerful province of modern service industry.
