2015年是河南全面贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中、五中全会精神，深入贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话和调研指导河南工作时的重要讲话精神，主动适应经济发展新常态，围绕打造四个河南、推进两项建设，聚焦三大国家战略规划，坚持调中求进、改中激活、转中促好、变中取胜，采用一系列政策措施稳定经济增长的重要一年，也是服务业发展的重要一年。前三季度，服务发展总体平稳，投资规模继续扩大，消费需求持续增长，服务业整体发展平稳有序。展望2016年，河南服务业虽然面临诸多挑战因素，但仍有很多发展良机，我们预计在保守估计下，将增长9。6%。
In 2015，Henan Province fully implement the CPC’s 18 and the eighth session of the Third，Fourth，Fifth Plenary Session and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech. Henan initiative to adapt to the new economic development，focusing on four Henan，two big building，three national strategic planning priorities，using a series of effective policies and measures to stabilize the economic growth. In the first three quarters，the development of Henan’s service is stable，the scale of investment continues to expand，the consumption demand is growing，and the service industry as a whole is stable and orderly. Looking to 2016，Henan service industry is facing many challenges，but there are still a lot of development opportunities，we are expected to be a conservative estimate，will achieve an increase of 9.6%.
