本文根据国内外的经济形势以及《中国制造2025》的要求，立足河南工业发展实际，全面总结了河南省2015年1～9月工业发展的总体情况以及存在的突出问题。在对河南工业外部环境、内部环境以及政策体系进行分析的基础上，对河南省2016年的工业发展进行了展望，从重点领域、创新驱动、智能制造、制造业服务化、科学载体、绿色制造等方面提出了河南省2016年工业发展的重点。
Based on the analyze of domestic and international economical situation and requirement of Made in China 2025，in combination with the current situation of the development of Henan province，this paper gives out a comprehensive summary and Prominent Problem of Henan’s industrial development from January to September in 2015. Furthermore，on the basis of the analysis of the situation at external&internal environment and policy system，we forecasts the key on Henan’s industrial development in 2016，which include focus fields，innovation driven，intelligent manufacturing，manufacturing service，science carrier and green manufacturing.
