2021年1～8月，由于受新冠肺炎疫情、洪涝灾害等不利因素影响，河南省固定资产投资整体呈现出增速前高后低的特征，其中，1～8月工业投资增速呈现出“V”形变化态势，基础设施投资增速呈现出“高开低走”特征，预计第四季度全省固定资产投资增速将稳步上升，但增幅相对较小。2022年，河南推动投资增长要从以下方面发力：坚持项目为王，释放重大项目对投资增长的拉动作用；强化要素保障，为各类投资项目落地提供要素支撑；坚持结果导向，调动各部门抓项目促投资的积极性；优化投资环境，持续降低市场主体投资活动成本。
From January to August in 2021，due to the adverse factors such as COVID-19 and floods，Henan’s fixed assets investment showed a trend of high and low investment growth. The growth rate of industrial investment showed a “V” growth trend. The growth rate of infrastructure investment showed a “L” growth trend. The growth of fixed asset investment in the whole fourth quarter will increase steadily. However，the growth rate is relatively low. In 2022，Henan should promote investment growth from the following aspects：adhere to the project as the king and release the pulling effect of major projects on investment growth；Strengthen factor guarantee and provide factor support for the landing of various investment projects；Adhere to the result orientation and mobilize the enthusiasm of all departments to promote investment；Optimize the investment environment and continuously reduce the cost of investment activities of market players.
