2013年中央一号文件首次提出“家庭农场”这一概念，受到社会的广泛关注。家庭农场的出现是我国农业现代化的必由之路，为我国农村发展打开了新天地。郎溪县早在十几年前就开始探索家庭农场的发展道路，是发展家庭农场的“先遣队”。本文在对郎溪县家庭农场大量真实可靠的调查基础上，对该县家庭农场做出客观全面的分析，并指出其发展过程中存在的困难和不足，进而提出改变困境的举措及完善发展的建议。
In 2013，Central Document NO.1 put forward the concept of “family farm” for the first time and received public concern. The emergence of the family farm is the only way for China’s agricultural modernization，opening new horizons for China’s rural development. Over a decade ago，Lang Xi began to explore the road of developing family farms and became the “advance team” of family farms’ development. On the basis of a large number real and reliable surveys of family farms in Lang Xi，this article made objective and comprehensive analysis of family farms and pointed out the difficulties and shortcomings in the process of development，then put forward initiatives dealing with difficulties and perfect proposals.
