安徽省农村老年妇女面临生存、健康状况差和资源不足等诸多问题。这些问题并不是农村老年妇女天生拥有的，而是社会性别制度造成的。为解决安徽省农村妇女问题，应从以下几个方面着手：一是增强村委会的服务职能，并结合安徽“农村服务中心”建设，建立专门的社会工作服务中心；二是借助“大学生村官”计划培育社会工作人才；三是培育农村老年妇女社会工作介入理念。
The rural elderly women in Anhui province are facing the survival，poor health，lack of resources and many other problems.These problems are not the rural elderly women naturally have，but the construction of social gender system.
