“安徽好人”群体位居全国道德榜样之首，被称为道德建设领域的“安徽现象”。通过对2008年以来入选“中国好人榜”的“安徽好人”的分析，“安徽好人”可分为助人为乐、见义勇为、诚实守信、敬业奉献、孝老爱亲五种类型。“安徽好人”现象表现为，以德性行为释放传统美德的现实价值，践行新时期道德建设的新精神，具有开放多元化、草根化、社会公德主体化等特征。道德建设的迫切需求、源远流长的道德文化资源、道德文化大省的构建等是“安徽好人”现象崛起的社会背景。如何进行“好人”建设，是安徽省道德文化建设的重要内容。
There are a large amount of well-doers in Anhui Province,and the well-doer is deemed as the "Anhui Phenomenon" in moral construction. By analyzing the Anhui well-doers on the ranking of Chinese well-doers ,Anhui well-doers include five types as helping others,the righteous behavior,honesty and faithfulness,professional dedication,and filial piety. Anhui well-doers fulfill the traditional virtue and the new morality,and have some characteristic such as diversification,populace,initiative,etc. Anhui well-doers is growing up under the social environment of the moral construction's demand,resources of the moral culture,constructing culture province. How to building the phenomenon of well-doer is important during the construction of Anhui province.
