During the reform of the cultural system ,Non-pilot provinces of Anhui has bold innovation and rapid development. Goverments at all levels have taken positive action and made confident policy decisions for the growth of cultural industry. Anhui has quickly worked out a way of sustainable development for the cultural industry.In 2011 Anhui insisted on unearthing creative ideas and new innovations.
